#4767: On export "Not Accessible"  values are getting exported.

Comment:

 In potential module "not accessible" values are getting exported as the
 value they were    earlier then being not accessible.

 1.For a user delete all the field values except the mandatory ones in
 sales stage for potential module using picklist editor.
 2.Log in as the user for whom you had deleted various values from sales
 stage.
 3.In list view you will find sales stage as not accessible whichever is
 other than the mandatory values(closed won,closed lost).
 4.Export the record of this page,in csv file you can see the earlier
 values of sales stage before they get converted as not accessible. (Refer
 attachment)
