 I have upgraded a copy of our prod database from 503 to 504RC.

 The copy is on the same server as the original.

 The email server is on the same server as the 504RC environment.

 The webmail settings from 503 now do not connect to webmail.

 Clicking webmail on the menu results in the following standard message:
  Could not connect to the mail server. Please check the mail server
 details Here. Please Click Here go to Email module

 How do you debug the specific error message here?
