 The login information for a portaluser now uses an emailtemplate. In
 CommonUtils.php / Line 2917 there is the queury for it.

 This query only works on a clean install but not with a migrated DB. It
 seems that the email-id's arent correct there so the query fails.

 The notification email templates can't be changed, wheter the text nor the
 status (acitve / inactive). This is also in the migrated db, I haven't it
 tested on a clean install.

 Btw the migration finished without any errormessage
