 When we create and edit a user from the Settings tab, by default the
 internal mailer option should be checked. But now it is unchecked before
 saving.But after saving that record, we can see the internal mailer option
 is enabled. Only in the ajax edit we can disable the internal mailer
 option for now. So it has to be fixed  in a proper way where it should be
 enabled on checked and disabled on unchecked in normal edit view and also
 in Ajax edit.
