 Hi,
 I found that the subject of inventory notification mail is getting decoded
 if the related product have UTF-8 characters in its name.

 1.Create a product with UTF-8 characters in its name.
 2.Create a quote for the just created product and provide the quantity
 which is greater     than the what is there in warehouse.
 3.Inventory notification mail will be sent to the product handler there in
 the subject   of mail you can see the UTF-8 characters got decoded, in the
 body of mail it is fine.
