#4866: data is not coming properly when exporting a report to pdf or excel

 i create a new profile it doesn`t have view all and edit all permission
 and for the account module it doesn`t have permission to view any field
 other than mandatory fields and for the contact it is not able to view
 first name of the contact and email id.
 than i create a role with this profile which is under salesman than a non
 admin (TEST)user with this role and make sharing access private for all
 the fileds.

 now a create some account with utf8 data for the test user and create a
 report for the account module with quotes as related module.

 than i click to view that report for test user. user able to view all the
 data but when exporting that data to pdf or Excel nothing is there.
