 Unable to view the organization image when we upload a bigger size image.
 No error message is also given when we upload a bigger image.Please find
 the attachment for this issue. Though there is already a image
 uploaded(bigger size) those image is not show also in the edit view.I have
 uploaded the image of size "317 KB (325,018 bytes)" of JPEG format
