 In Organization sharing level, I have set private for all the modules.
 Then I have created a custom sharing Rule for Accounts & Contacts. Wherein
 I have selected Read/Write permission for Accounts & Contacts and Read
 Only permission for its related module Potential as follow.

 '''Accounts & Contacts of "Roles::CEO" can be accessed by "Roles::vtLead"
 in the permission Read/Write

 '''Related Module Rights Potentials:Read Only''''' .

 But when I logged in as a vtLead role, Potential module still be as
 Private. I couldn't see the ceo's records.
