 In Trouble ticket's module,the particular ticket detail view and select
 more information tab.then goes add notes/add attachments.add file name
 like utf-8 characters (áčďéěíňóř.jpgz).The attached filename is displayed
 not properly.it display .jpgz only.


 Not only trouble ticket.It is available for all modules.
