 In product creation, we cannot give decimal values in Qty In Stock field.

 Also when create a new product value 1000 is accepted in Qty.In Stock
 field.
 When we view and edit the product, this value shown as 1000.00 but after
 edit if we save the product with the shown value (ie., without any change
 in this field) then the alert - "Incorrect Qty.In Stock" thrown and i
 could not save the product without removing the decimal part.

 This problem lies only in the migrated build. In normal installation it is
 working fine.
