 The "Salutation" field does get updated with the Mass Edit function but at
 the same time the first name gets updated. This does not make any sense
 since in most case you do not want to change the fist name if you change
 the salutation.
 The possiblility of changing the salutation is most important for mass
 mailings, since often import files do not include salutations.
