 During installation, if the user uses the existing database - We need to
 check if the database contains any tables which has a prefix '''vtiger_'''
 .

 If yes, then we should clearly prompt the User that we recommend to take
 the backup of the database and then proceed with the installation. Only on
 User's confirmation to use the existing database, we should proceed with
 the installation.
