Comment:

 Dear Asha,

 As the '''Organization''' role could not be assigned to any user, we have
 removed this from being displayed in role based picklist. Kindly refer the
 changeset [11492].

 But in the next release, we can make the changes done in "Organization"
 role would affect in other roles also. I've created a ticket for this
 feature. Kindly refer the ticket #4412.
