 Hi RedneckReg,

 Its not an issue. VtigerCRM has this work flow.

 I would like to clarify few things here with respect to Global privileges.

 If a user has '''View all and Edit all''' permission, it means that he is
 like a '''Small Admin'''. He could do any operation with vtigercrm. The
 only difference between admin user and this user(one who has view all &
 edit all permission) is he could not access '''Settings tab'''. But admin
 user could do.

 So any F'''ield Level Access and Sharing Access''' wouldn't get applied
 for him.

 As it is not an issue I am closing this ticket.

 Kindly reopen it if you were mentioning some other issue.
