Comment:

 Hi Preethi,

 When you setup the Customer portal, you would have specified the url for
 the Customer portal only in PortalConfig.php.

 But when email notifications are sent out, the Url is picked from
 config.inc.php of vtigercrm. Please update the proper url in
 config.inc.php and it will work.

 i.e., Set the variable, $PORTAL_URL with actual url for the customer
 portal in config.inc.php
