#4391: Not able to add a Contact

 When i try to add a Contact, I am getting the following error messages and
 the contact is not getting saved:

 Warning: mktime() expects parameter 6 to be long, string given in
 C:\vtiger_work\validation_504\include\utils\CommonUtils.php on line 1372

 Warning: mktime() expects parameter 1 to be long, string given in
 C:\vtiger_work\validation_504\include\utils\CommonUtils.php on line 1373

 This was on my local machine.

 When i tried the same on some other server, it worked fine. Both of them
 have the same code base.
