Replying to [ticket:4214 dinoeberle]:
> In Helpdesk the Emails sent out to customer and supporter were created
either in Save.php or DetailViewAjax.php and are looking quite different.
That means if we edit a ticket via 'Edit-Button' the Email is generated by
Save.php, if we edit it by using Ajax, it will be created by
DetailViewAjax.php

This is a nice feature to have it in our CRM. This will help lot
