 Hi Asha,

 We have to remove the 'organization' from the Role menu on the picklist
 editor page(liza will do that) Since this role cannot be assigned to any
 user. Also in the role based pick list concept the pick list values will
 be displayed depending on the role. For example if we add three picklist
 values for CEO role then they will be displayed only for the users having
 the CEO role. Please get back to me if you need further clarification. If
 you find issue in this regard please let me know otherwise we can close
 this ticket.
