 Hi frank,

 I have followed the below steps to reproduce this issue:
 1. created a ticket at crm system and assigned it to a contact.
 2. Provided the portal access to that contact.
 3. Logged in the portal and the ticket is visible.
 4. deleted the ticket at crm system. After that i couldn't see the ticket
 in portal.

 Please teat in the latest code and correct me if i am wrong.
