 When replacing old files with new 5.0.4 files and trying to go Settings
 module a fatal error showing.
 So can't able to start migration without fixing this issue.

 ----
 Because index.php is trying to access the field inernal_mailer and
 tagcloud_view in vtiger_users table that is not available.
 These columns are only added in 504.So special handling is required to
 handle these two fields.
