 Create a report as non -admin(full permission) for Contacts with Accounts
 and then deny access for all the fields for Contacts except some mandatory
 fields.Now customize the same report , you will be able to see some extra
 fields like Description, Office Phone,Account Name ,Other Phone and Fax.
