 When I tried to access non-existent record in trouble tickets (changing
 the record id of url), I still could see the page but no data. I was
 expecting a error message.

 I think this is true for any module.

 Check the Screenshot attached for more details. (The mktime() errors are
 happening because of non-existing record access)
