 When i am trying to attach a file to a ticket in Customer Portal,
 following errors are displayed on the screen,

 Warning: move_uploaded_file(/tmp/BETTERLY.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-
 file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Documents
 and Settings\pavani\workspace\customerportal\Tickets\Utils.php on line 173

 Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to
 move 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\php2F.tmp' to '/tmp/BETTERLY.jpg' in C:\Documents
