 Salutation field displayed with firstname as well as lastname when we have
 Global Privileges permission.

 1. Create a profile with '''View All & Edit All(Global Privileges
 permission)''' permission.
 2. Create a non-admin user with the role having that profile permission
 3. In Field Access, disable the firtname field for Leads module and do
 recalculation
 4. Login in as that user and see the createview form of the Leads, Both
 firstname and lastname fields will displayed with salutation.
