 If a lead has picklist/multiselect field as custom fields and values in
 it, while converting the lead, it should insert those selected values(in
 particular lead record) to the respective data type fields,if those were
 mapped in the Settings > Custom Fields Settings. Instead it showing label
 value as "Not Accessible".

 Steps:

 1. Create a picklist/multiselect cutom field for leads, accounts, contact
 and potential and provide different value for each while you creating.

 2. Now go to lead and create a record by providing values for above
 mentioned fields.

 3. Do a lead convertion.

 Now what was the expected behavior is, the selected picklist/multiselect
 values should be added for the converted account/contact/potential fields
 table and it should get displayed in the UI.
 But it will show the label as "Not Accessible".
