 mapping is not working in lead convertion for the following fields. date,
 percent, number and currency field.

 ''steps:''

 1. create above mentioned 4 fields for leads,accounts,contacts and
 potentials in '''Settings->Custom Fields Settings'''.

 2. map those lead fields with accounts,contact and potential fields using
 custom field mapping.

 3. create a lead by substituting values for the custom fields which you
 have created for lead in custom fields and save it.

 4. Now do a convert lead operation. Actually mapped field should get carry
 over to the mapped module's respective fields. But it would not.

 5. If you look into that converted account/contact/potential fields, those
 would be shown the empty values.
