 Dear frankpie,

 First we search the label in application string ie., in
 include/language/en_us.lang.php. if the string is not available in that
 file, then we search in module string ie.,
 modules/HelpDesk/language/en_us.lang.php(saying w.r.t Trouble Tickets
 module). if not available in both the files, we give as it is in the
 database.

 So kindly try to change label in  include/language/en_us.lang.php. I think
 you tried in modules/HelpDesk/language/en_us.lang.php.

 I close this ticket as ''worksforme''. Still if you facing the same issue,
 feel free to reopen this ticket.
