Comment:

 Dear frankpie,

 As the weeknumber is displaying w.r.t the weekstart and in vtiger CRM we
 have given the weekstart as sunday. So it is displaying the correct
 number. I tried the JavaScript method that you specified, I got the same
 result.

 So what I suggest is in future we can give the option to select the start
 of the week. Based on the user selection we can give the week no.

 I move this ticket to 5.1.0
