 I took a quick look at this error and can confirm this happens.
 It has something to do with the fact that if you click the tax button, a
 ajax request is going to the server. This ajax request returns html, a div
 that contains the tax popup.

 Somewhere between the click and the ajax request something goes wrong. I
 know if you click anywhere on the screen except for the tax button, the
 bug does not occur.

 Hope this helps. If I have some time this weekend I will look in to this
 one.
