Comment:

 checked wut SVN rev 11509: The bug has been fixed, almost. Under one
 condition ist is still a problem:

 Set your calendar time to 24h und start time 8 AM. Goto my settings and
 change the calendar format from yyyy-mm-dd to dd-mm-yyyy with the Ajax
 interface. Go back to the calendar. The 24h format ist still there (which
 was not in the previouse version) but the 8 AM start time is not longer
 valid.
