 Starting with v5.0.4 all data which you would like to import into the CRM
 system have to use the UTF-8 character format. This might create some
 issues for Windows users which do not have easy going system tools for the
 character format conversion.

 Attached is a littel freeware Windows program that does the conversion for
 you.
 Download, unpack and start. I think it is self explaining.
