 These queries fails not only in the Account modules, but in all the
 modules from which a event can be added through the Related list.

 Before getting these query errors, there is also a javascript error when
 we click on Add Event button:-

 this.form.activity_mode has no properties

 --> All that is required is the add the hidden field activity_mode in the
 related list form. (Right now, it is added only for Calendar module).
