 Dear jogness,

 I've tested in the latest source of vtigerCRM. but I could not reproduce
 this one. The description field is updating correctly while editing the
 contact record. I've tested as both admin & non-admin users.

 As I could not reproduce the issue, I didn't integrate this patch. kindly
 help me to reproduce this one. so that I can integrate with our vtiger
 CRM.
