 I've disabled all the fields except mandatory fields in Global Field
 Level, all these fields get disabled in Profile level permission.

 Next when I enable all these fields, it directly getting enabled in
 Profile level. This should not happen. if we need permission for these
 fields, we have to enable again in the profile level.
