#4760: create a new Report with Standard Filter[Current FY] its shows error.

 Create a new Profile and disable all fields of Accounts Module.
 Then create a new Report with Standard Filter[Current FY] and save it.
 Then Open the created report, its shows error.

 Note: But in custom view, If all the date fields are disabled then we
 disabled the standard filters when creating or editing  a custom view.
