 As a non-admin user Create a report for Accounts Module  .
 Goto Field Access and disable all the fields of accounts and do
 recalculate.
 Then login as a non-admin user, customize the same report and remove all
 the selected fields[Eg: Account Name & Assigned To] and finish it.
 Now  you can see an error and displaying an empty report.
