 In Report I wanted to created report for calendar module by filtering like
 '''"Related To" "does not contains"  (values field, i didn't give any
 values.)'''. But Report saving wouldn't allow me to filter by empty value
 and alerted me that "'''Related To Value can not be empty"'''.

 Isn't wrong?
