Comment:

 Hi nitin,

 As the CEO role is associated with Administrator profile, this profile has
 the permission for Global Privileges(View All/Edit All). He can able to
 view all records/fields/modules.

 If an user has permission for Global Privileges, he has full access in the
 CRM system except the Settings tab. Other than the Settings tab, we has
 the permission that the admin user has.

 So I close this ticket as invalid.
