 Hi Nitin,

 Please note that as of now when deleting a particular picklist value it is
 only disabled to the selected role not deleted from the database table.
 But admin user can see the deleted and undeleted picklist values, the
 admin user is exceptional in this case. Also if a picklist value for non-
 admin user having 'vice-president' role is deleted but his subordinate say
 'Sales Man' role has the same picklist value then the picklist value can
 be seen by the user of 'Vice president' role (Role hierarchy applied
 here). So i am closing this ticket as invalid.

 However we can provide the option for admin to delete the picklist values
 from database in upcoming version.

 Please check and if you face any further issue reopen this ticket with
 your concerns.
