 Hi,

 This issue due to the UI type assigned for update_log field. uitype 15 is
 assigned. As it is the uitype for picklist field, it tries to get the
 value from vtiger_update_log table. but there is no vtiger_update_log
 available in the vtiger database. so it gives the error.

 Solution : Need to change the uitype for update_log field. we can give the
 description field uitype ie., 19 for this update log.
