 Create a new account without[Billing & Shipping Address].Then goto that
 account related list.Then click Add Sales Order and fill the all field and
 save it.Again click add Invoice   now you can see  Account name &  Address
 information automatically filled  but Billing & Shipping Address not
 filled.Now select the sales order all information also filled but Billing
 & Shipping Address not filled but that sales order having Billing &
 Shipping Address.
