 Hi,

 The names mentioned in the Reports are coming from Language files and not
 variables.

 I couldn't reproduce the problem that you have mentioned. I tried the same
 with Invoice module with the latest source from SVN and it seems to be
 displaying proper labels which are coming from en_us.lang.php of
 Inovice/language/

 Please find the attached screenshot.

 Please try reproducing the same with the latest source and update me on
 this issue. If you still face the problem, please feel free to re-open the
 ticket.
