 Export now allows you to select certain options based on the search
 condition and which records export. I feel we should have the following:

 1. When few records are selected and exported, the 'Export selected
 records' should be automatically selected.

 2. If no search condition is used but export is made, 'Export without
 search records' should be selected as default.
