 In notes module,attachments with some specific names are not displayed
 properly.

 After doing some analysis, noticed the following things:-

 1) File names with single odd numbers like 1.jpg, 3.jpg, 5.jpg, 7.jpg and
 9.jpg are showing as .jpg.
 2) When you give a filename that starts with a odd number but filename is
 of length greater than one, one digit is stripped off. eg. 10.jpg is
 showing 0.jpg
