 When a picklist value is not defined for a role then the value is still
 shown on the ListView but on DetailView it is shown as 'Not Accessible'

 To Reproduce Follow:
 1. Define New Sales Stage Picklist value for admin - CEOReview
 2. Assign the record to User tester with Role Tester
 3. Login as Tester and check the Potentials Listview
 4. On ListView CEOReview was displayed but DetailView showed NotAccessible
