 Hi,

 There is a slight misunderstanding here. You need to first select a role,
 then add picklist values and then Save.

 If you add picklist values and then select a role, do not expect it to
 have the newly added values. Selecting the role, will load the picklist
 with the values defined for that particular role. After that, you need to
 add the new values.

 please get back to me for any clarifications.
