Comment:

 Hi Pavani,

 As of now ticket is related to 4-modules

 1.Products - Relation stored in product_id of vtiger_troubletickets table.

 2.Accounts/Contacts - Relation stored in parent_id column of
 vtiger_troubletickets table.

 3. Activities - Relation stored in vtiger_seactivityrel table

 There is no need to put an entry in vtiger_seticketrel. As of now this
 table is not used. We will remove this table after checking out in the
 product.

 So I close this ticket as invalid.
