 Create a new custom fields all type in Trouble Ticket. Goto Field Access
 in Settings Module.Select Trouble Ticket and disable all check then save
 it. Login as non-admin user.Goto one of the accounts related list and
 click Add ticket and give the ticket title then save it. while saving TT
 mail goes to Assigned User. That Mail contains all customfield .
