 Create a new custom view in Quote Module.Goto Advanced Filter and select
 Adjustment .Then select criteria.Now you can see all criteria[contains,not
 equals to,starts with,less than,etc... ].Because Adjustment is number
 filed.And also this issue occur SO,PO & Invoice Modules.
