 Dear frankpie,
 Thanks for your interest in vtigerCRM.
 Now we are not using hard coded message for customer portal assignment
 mails.
 It is easily configured through our email templates.So that you can send
 HTML based email content.
 So if you want to do any changes in email content, you can edit the email
 template.
